In this role, you will assist with pre-construction information gathering, oversee design risk registers, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects align with CDM 2015 regulations. You will contribute to the creation of high-quality documentation and participate in occasional site visits, playing a crucial role in maintaining safety standards and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role
Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
Support pre-construction processes and stakeholder communication
Manage and update design risk registers
Collaborate with the Principal Design Team to ensure CDM compliance
Contribute to project documentation aligned with the Building Safety Act
Participate in occasional site visits to ensure project standards
The Person
Junior Principal Designer or similar
NEBOSH-certified with foundational understanding of CDM 2015
Full UK driving license and willing to travel for site visits
