We are looking for a Junior Product Manager with experience in AI/ML based products, to join our Technology team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding Product Management team, ensuring the products that FinTrU develops for its clients are planned, designed and delivered to an exceptional standard, exceeding our clients’ expectations. You should apply if you have: Experience working on an AI or ML based product, preferably on IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) products Experience of delivering B2B products to market at scale Knowledge of Financial Services markets and businesses, particularly Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Retail Banking At least a basic level of understanding of modern technology trends such as Cloud, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning, NLP, RPA, and OCR This is an opportunity to: Work closely with Product Managers and Technical Product Managers to translate the product direction and roadmap to delivery, creating a clear and accurately estimated set of prioritised user stories for design and development teams Manage the prioritised backlog for the product Work with delivery teams to produce roadmaps and reports for communications and approval Support client implementations of the product by gathering and mapping “as-is” business process, identifying configuration requirements for the product and documenting any client-requested product deltas Contribute and help evaluate ideas and opportunities to the Product Roadmap Configure, set-up and maintain workflows, roadmaps and dashboards in appropriate tools Education Level:
