Junior Product Manager, Commercial Are you passionate about ad tech and interested in joining an innovative product team? This is a global role that sits within the primarily UK-based Blis product & product marketing team. You will be working collaboratively with experts across every aspect of our platform and the wider industry. The Junior Product Manager, Commercial will have a direct impact on the success of our business and work at the leading edge of innovation in the ad tech industry. The position is full-time, based provisionally in London with some flexibility. We’ve embraced flexible working and expect this to continue indefinitely, but regular onsite visits will be required for both meetings and training sessions, with occasional travel to international Blis markets. Key Responsibilities Own all aspects of Blis’ training academy, leading the development and delivery of platform education to help customers and colleagues understand how to gain maximum value from Blis’ platform. Partner closely with the technical product and product marketing teams to a) feed into the product roadmap based on your experience working with customers & colleagues and b) support the go-to-market of new platform features. Build strong relationships with commercial leaders across the business to identify and deliver against areas of need for further platform training. Build tools and analytics to measure the success and drive continuous improvement of academy programmes. Support the ongoing identification, evaluation, and development of complementary product partnerships relating to data and measurement. Skills and Requirements 4+ years of experience in the programmatic industry: this could be at a media agency, publisher, or ad tech platform. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills: the ability to take complex topics and make them simple and digestible is key. Creative and innovative mindset: the habit of thinking proactively about the ways a solution could improve to better meet the needs of its customers. An understanding of the core components of programmatic media and the businesses in market providing competing solutions. Experience working with clients, listening to challenges, and educating on how your business/platform can provide solutions.
