The Role: As a Junior Product Manager / Owner, your primary responsibilities will be to help enable the Product Team with our growing backlog of items and prioritise them based on the overall strategy and business objectives. Additionally, you will need to map out project dependencies to enforce the necessary development process to the relevant bodies. The successful candidate must be adaptable, forward-thinking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry. Is This Role for You? Communicating effectively with all levels of the organisation and clients Writing comprehensive user stories, setting sprint goals and bringing ideas to life Championing Agile and Product processes Solve product-related problems, make decisions and track business deliverable commitments Research and analyse the market, users, and roadmap for the product Collaborate with teams of functional and technical experts to create an amazing team culture Assisting QA with testing scenarios and feature testing About You: Essential: You are a highly organised and punctual individual, who will be able to manage and prioritise a product backlog A team player who can stay both energised and focused on projects Ability to work under pressure whilst delivering against many conflicting priorities You demonstrate great attention to detail while being able to keep sight of the bigger picture Proactive, independent and self-starting, you are adept at building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Adaptability, being able to move from hosting meetings to drafting a detailed report to acceptance testing user stories within a single morning Desirable: Experience using JIRA, Slack, Figma A desire to gain experience working with Agile methodologies in multi-team agile environments An understanding of the development process, sprint process, UX/UI and AB testing You are able to understand the technical aspects of product development
