Planning and Delivery : Work with the Agile Team to ensure all backlog items are estimated accurately, learn to lead sprint planning sessions, track the progress of sprints and product development, work with your team to address any impediments, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery of product features. Drive the ongoing design, development, and delivery of the product ensuring it meets key customer and business needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Engage with various teams across Graphnet to drive the ongoing design, development, and delivery of the product. Help ensure timely and high-quality product delivery that aligns with business goals and user needs. Documentation : Work with the Agile team to produce any required documentation and training materials for the product(s) within your areas of responsibility including business requirements and functional design documents and release notes. Issue Management : Help triage and escalate issues as needed (e.g. escalations to development from the support desk). Continuous Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities to improve product processes and features, working with teams across the business to implement change. Minimum Requirements:

Organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, influence, negotiate, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders with often conflicting priorities and requirements.
