Role Description Junior Program/Scheduling Manager . This role will be full time and office based located at Oakway Ltd Headquarters in Launceston. The Junior Program/Scheduling Manager represents a unique development opportunity within a fast-paced work environment. You will be responsible for developing and managing client programs, stewarding in-progress programmes to completion, managing communication with all stakeholders both internally and externally, daily problem solving and supporting development initiatives on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with both the Commercial and Operations teams, you will play a central role within an experienced and growing team in the delivery of a portfolio of successful Client Programs. Qualifications Experience in Program Management and Program Development Relevant telecommunications or similar industry experience is desirable Key Skills Excellent IT skills and proficiency with using scheduling tools including Microsoft Projects, Excel and other industry specific tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Influencing skills Attention to detail with a focus on ensuring schedules remain error free and up to date Aptitude for data analysis and process optimisation Adaptable / Flexible in a fast-paced work environment A passion for youth empowerment and community engagement Salary : Dependent on experience, within the range of

£26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
