We’re hiring for a
Junior Project Manager , who will play a crucial role as part of a global automotive client team. You’ll be responsible for managing a high volume of tasks via project management tools such as JIRA and Teams ticketing, that directly support our mission to produce collaborative work at the core of a multi-agency environment. Key Responsibilities: Working quickly and accurately across a high volume of tasks Developing strong internal relationships and being a team player Communicating effectively and succinctly with clients Being responsive and solution-focused with client requests Maintaining JIRA hygiene at all times Maintaining weekly status reports and scheduling meetings
Qualifications
Skills Needed: Experience in a digital agency or client-side delivery role Proven ability to build strong relationships Strong desire and ability to find ways to add value beyond delivering the tasks given – either through optimizing the communications or improving ways of working Ability to manage a multitude of tasks, prioritizing to ensure the agency is always delivering against the client’s latest needs Ability to be an essential member of the client team while always supporting the agency's approach and delivering against the agency's agenda Knowledge or experience of CMS (we use AEM)
