We’re seeking a passionate Junior Project Manager with experience in the Pensions and Financial Services sector to join our client's dynamic home-based team. If you love leading cross-functional projects and managing client relationships, this role is for you! ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PENSION EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead and motivate teams while ensuring a positive project culture.
- Oversee a variety of projects, including regulatory changes, system updates, and client onboarding.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the pension lifecycle, including annual cycles, increases, and calculations.
- Ensure effective collaboration between Business Analysts and Senior Project Managers.
- Maintain project governance by preparing project plans and producing PRINCE documents, risk logs, and action logs.
- Engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring strong management and communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of project management experience in the pensions sector.
- Strong understanding of the pensions lifecycle and project governance.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- PRINCE2 certification or equivalent experience is preferred.

- Salary range: £40 – 67K depending on experience.
