Our QA team is responsible for providing quality assurance to our SaaS based platform used by our clients across the globe. Working in collaboration with the product and development teams, they conduct functional, performance, regression, and automated testing of all the new features for the upcoming releases on our platform. Working alongside the delivery team in an agile methodology, the QA team ensures the releases are delivered in a timely fashion with high quality. We have embarked on a journey of embedding quality as a culture by partnering with our clients using a shift left approach. Reporting to a Lead Quality Engineer, we are looking to hire smart and technically savvy junior Quality Engineers to join our team and help drive the growth of INSTANDA. These roles are UK based, primarily remote working with some travel required to our London Office. Sponsorship is not available for these roles. What you will do:

Collaborating with Product Owners and Development teams to define Acceptance Criteria Actively participate in all phases of software development lifecycles Analysing requirements, plans, prepare test cases and test scenarios Executing manual tests Reporting issues and documenting the results of your work and findings Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues Actively participate in sharing knowledge and building Instanda community Implementing testing techniques and strategies Continuously striving to improve individually and as part of a team Essential:

At least 6 months experience with manual or automated software testing (preferable) Understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and good practices Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems is a plus Exposure to Agile methodologies A strong understanding of HTML (CSS is a plus) Basic knowledge of APIs and ability to perform API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills - we are a fast paced, agile environment Flexible, resilient, and commercial attitude coupled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders (other teams, vendors, suppliers, etc.) Strong sense of ownership and accountability Desirable:

Experience writing scripts using C# is an asset Previous exposure working with a SaaS product, a high growth company or in the insurance industry is an asset ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing Benefits:
