Job Summary Working alongside all the contract managers to assist them in collating the final accounts. Works will vary depending on the contract, ranging from: Kitchens Bathrooms Maintenance Voids Various building works
Person Specification • Wide experience of construction • Experience of working on Local authority schedules of rates • Experience of working on NHF6.2 and above • Experience in scheduling of kitchen and bathroom replacements • Experience in repairs and maintenance • Full Clean UK Driving License • Experience of working on several contracts with differing schedules and % uplifts • Be available to start asap
