Job Summary
Working alongside all the contract managers to assist in collating the final accounts. Works will vary depending on the contract, ranging from:
Kitchens Bathrooms Maintenance Voids Various building works
Person Specification
Wide experience of construction Experience of working on Local authority schedules of rates Experience of working on NHF6.2 and above Experience in scheduling of kitchen and bathroom replacements Experience in repairs and maintenance Full Clean UK Driving License Experience of working on several contracts with differing schedules and % uplifts Be available to start asap
