About the Role

As a Junior Recruiter, you will work closely with our recruitment team to support the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow within the recruitment industry while honing key skills like communication, organisation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound and Outbound Calling: Engaging with candidates and clients to discuss job opportunities, provide updates, and gather relevant information. Answering Queries: Handling calls and emails from candidates and clients, ensuring timely and professional responses. Compliance Management: Chasing and verifying compliance documents, ensuring all records meet regulatory standards. Candidate Screening: Reviewing CVs, pre-screening candidates, and maintaining up-to-date candidate records in our system. Relationship Building: Developing strong rapport with candidates and clients, acting as a reliable point of contact throughout the recruitment process. Administrative Support: Assisting with interview scheduling, maintaining accurate database entries, and supporting senior recruiters as needed.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and organised approach to work. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with people. Strong attention to detail, especially in compliance and data management. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
