Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 ~ 40 hours

What You'll Do

Support the branch in meeting and exceeding Gross Profit targets. Build and manage client and candidate relationships. Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for candidates. Engage in business development activities. Deliver excellent sales results. Balance sales and negotiation in recruitment. Understand recruitment legislation and compliance. Leverage social platforms for strategic resourcing. Drive business development to grow margins across Temp and Perm revenues. Identify and convert prospective clients, growing your desk in line with targets.

Entry Requirements:

English and maths qualifications at grade C/4 or above in GCSEs or level 2 in functional skills. Commitment to developing skills for a minimum of 6 hours a week and a full time contract. Willingness to complete an 18-month apprenticeship (plus 3 months of EPA) starting January 2025. Commit to a fixed-term contract for the apprenticeship duration.
