Junior Recruitment Consultant
to join our expanding team in East Grinstead. We are keen to hear from candidates with 3-6 months of recruitment experience. Full training and excellent career progression opportunities will be provided to help you develop your skills in the life sciences sector. With over 50 live vacancies and plans to grow into new areas of the pharmaceutical sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team. Responsibilities: Support recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting talent for our biopharmaceutical clients. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and suitability for various roles. Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates. Learn and stay up to date on industry trends and recruitment best practices. Collaborate with the team to achieve business development goals. Experience/Qualifications: 3-6 months of recruitment experience. Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
