Trainee Recruitment Consultant BCR/JH/10938 Hybrid Bell Cornwall Recruitment is excited to represent our client, a dynamic and growing start-up recruitment brand based in Halesowen. Working with large household names and more local companies across the West Midlands, our client connects businesses with top-notch financial talent. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will contribute to the company’s growth by actively participating in client projects. The role emphasises a quick and effective on-boarding, allowing you to become a vital member of the team and eventually progress to a senior position. You will play a key role in recruitment, account management, administration, marketing, and business development. Key Duties: Recruitment & Account Management: Manage relationships with SME and PLC clients. Develop strong client relationships with senior directors. Proactively plan recruitment with line managers. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding. Drive exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships. Source candidates through LinkedIn, advertising, and professional tools. Support candidates throughout the recruitment process. Admin: Regular administration covering all Microsoft programs. Create and manage job advertisements. Format CVs and Word documents. Marketing: Contribute to creating marketing campaigns across social media and traditional platforms. Assist in managing and running networking events. Produce and run mailer campaigns. Sales and Business Development: Openness to taking an active role in business development activities. Desired Experience: You are a down-to-earth individual with a genuine drive and ambition to succeed. Key skills include drive, a strong work ethic, and compassion for others. While existing recruitment experience is beneficial, we are flexible and can adjust the role for those with sales or recruitment resourcing experience. Training will be provided. This opportunity is also suitable for those with 6-18 months of recruitment experience looking for career advancement. A degree or college education in Business or Marketing is useful but not required. Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer service is useful but not required. Experience in creating online/offline communities or marketing. A desire to make a difference and contribute to a growing start-up. Why Join Us?
