Junior Recruitment Consultants
to join our dynamic team in Yeovil. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier professionals for live roles within our prestigious defence client base. You'll receive full training to develop the skills needed to identify, attract, assess, and guide candidates through the recruitment process. What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and drive to succeed Passion for working in a sales environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivation, tenacity, and a team-oriented mindset Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential What We Offer:
