Junior Reporting Analyst Department: Business Intelligence Reports To: BI Manager Job Summary: We’re seeking a Junior Reporting Analyst who’s passionate about crafting beautiful and insightful data visualizations. As a Junior Reporting Analyst, you’ll be a vital part of our BI Team, using your design skills to transform data into clear, impactful reports and dashboards that empower decision makers across the business. Key Responsibilities: Design creative reports and dashboards using BI Tools (Power BI). Create visually appealing layouts and charts that effectively communicate key insights and trends. Collaborate with other analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver exceptional reporting solutions. Experiment with innovative data visualization techniques to improve report readability and user engagement. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our reporting processes and standards. What We’re Looking For: A strong interest in data visualization and visual communication. A creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics. Basic analytical skills and an understanding of data concepts. Some experience with BI Tools (Power BI). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented approach.
