Junior Sales Analyst
to join their friendly team and assist with their goal of ensuring excellent service standards. This position will involve assisting the wider team with the creation of company sales reports. You will be analysing sales reports, maintaining all data on the system, managing inboxes and overseeing any ad hoc admin duties. Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers. Produce reports for the team including the monthly sales reports. Analysing performance data to look at sales trends across sales team displays, promotions and other areas. Assist with pricing queries and support, assisting with updating data. Managing shared inboxes, keeping on top of high volumes of emails during busy periods. General administrative duties including data entry and filing. Job requirements:
Excellent communication skills including telephone & emails. High level of attention to detail and data entry. Advanced Microsoft Excel and IT skills. Customer service experience. Experience with analysing and processing data. SAP experience is desirable. Benefits:
