Responsibilities:
- Actively reach out to customers to explore additional quoting opportunities, diving into specific needs, projects, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering a top-tier customer experience while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products and services.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend value-adding products or services to drive increased revenue and foster stronger customer relationships.
- Coordinate delivery timelines with product availability to meet customer expectations, keeping clients updated on any changes. Each interaction is an opportunity to build loyalty and boost sales.
