The Opportunity: We, at Flywire, are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Junior Sales Manager that lives up to company culture and values to help us continue growing the Flywire brand in the UK education space. The successful candidate will help expand our current footprint within our existing UK portfolio of clients, working closely alongside our Relationship and Key Account Manager functions to drive new revenue and maximise adoption of our first-class services. This position requires the candidate to reside in the UK and can be remote or London office based, reporting directly to the UK Head of Sales. Responsibilities: Driving new software and solution sales with a focus on upselling to the current customer base within the UK. Uncovering client needs and positioning Flywire solutions. Collaborating on strategic account planning processes for key clients to position new software solutions resulting in growth and increased revenue. Building a pipeline of deals for our outbound payments, US Loans, and invoicing solutions. Managing deals and keeping up to date records in Salesforce. Managing all commercial activities - Internal reporting, pricing negotiations and new product expansion. Working closely with the Relationship & Key Account Management teams to uncover opportunities and drive adoption and revenue. Execute on deployments with the Solutions teams to rollout Flywire software. Collaborate with the Partnerships and Marketing teams to help drive our solutions deeper into our established client base. Feedback client needs to Product teams. Work on any relevant RFPs as part of the bid team. Attend internal and external events. Here's What We're Looking For: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/relationship management. Experience in working with UK higher education technology solutions, payments, banking & finance, and/or FinTech platforms preferred. Proven ability to complete the sales process from plan to close, consistently exceeding sales targets. Skilled rapport builder, not afraid of challenges, and understands how to grab the attention of senior and operational level decision makers alike. Curious by nature, must possess exceptional research, analytical and interpersonal skills. Advanced problem solving and project management skills with attention to detail, time management and analytical skills. Experience of using sales methodologies eg GAP selling.
