Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Junior Sales Negotiator to join a successful estate agency based in Borehamwood.
Car owner required. The ideal candidate will have some previous sales experience or have a real interest in building a career in sales.
The Role:
Canvassing potential buyers to generate interest in properties and viewings Receiving and managing customer enquiries Securing appointments for property valuations Negotiating the sale Follow up and admin tasks Managing effective relationships with customers Personal Attributes:
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Professional presentation Self-motivated and driven with a keen interest to build a career in sales Strong customer service and relationship building skills Team player, willing to learn and progress Full time hours Basic salary plus OTE to £30,000 pa + Benefits
