Job Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for representing OEC and the manufacturers we work with, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, whilst achieving sales growth. Job Duties: Make outbound sales calls to customers. Take inbound calls from customers and handle enquiries. Achieve personal KPIs and objectives with target customers. Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific goals. Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base. Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activities. Collate feedback from customer base on a monthly basis. Requirements: Be a confident and capable communicator with proven experience of selling in a fast-paced and/or telesales environment (not essential). Focused on providing a great customer service experience. Have the ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner. Preferable to have automotive industry experience but not required. Results-oriented. IT literate with knowledge of MS Excel. Training provided during the induction and continuous throughout your employment. Commission plan. Pension scheme. Company benefits.
