Our client based in Bexley is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the buying, selling, and letting of properties, liaising with clients, prospective buyers/tenants, and vendors/landlords.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Keep up to date with current market trends and property values.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
Assist with the negotiation process between buyers and sellers, or landlords and tenants, to secure the best possible outcomes.
Work closely with the sales and lettings teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
A passion for property and a desire to build a career in the industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred but not essential.
Desirable:
Knowledge of local property market.
Experience with property management CRM systems.
