Understanding of scientific principles and methodologies of designing concrete as construction material. Exposure to or interest in milling methods (e.g., ball, disk, drum, hammer) for material processing. Hands-on experience is a plus but not mandatory. Foundational knowledge of material characterisation techniques such as PSD, XRD, SEM/EDX, or TGA, with a willingness to learn and gain proficiency. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a desire to collaborate in diverse, multidisciplinary environments.
