About the Role As a Junior Security Engineer, you’ll support our Engineering and Delivery functions by contributing to the implementation of the Outpost24 Security Program. This role is perfect for individuals keen to develop their expertise in cybersecurity and gain hands-on experience in a customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver the Outpost24 Security Program, helping customers reduce risk and improve remediation efforts. Participate in onboarding exercises and customer calls to ensure a seamless service experience. Provide first-line support via our Jira Service Desk, assisting customers with their subscriptions and tools. Maintain accurate documentation of customer configurations. Support Security Engineers in their day-to-day tasks. What We're Looking For To excel in this role, you should: Have foundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, cloud architectures, system authentication (AD/LDAP/SMB/SSH), DNS, and common business software. Possess strong skills in word processing tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Be working towards a degree or equivalent qualification in IT, ideally with a focus on IT Security. Be fluent in English, both written and verbal. Be hands-on, well-organized, and ready to take on challenges in a growing business. Why Join Us?
