The post holder will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff whilst delivering a high standard of care for our patients. Registered Nurse (Part 1) Pertinent postgraduate diploma (or equivalent development/experience and a willingness to undertake appropriate post graduate diploma level study) Current NMC registration Recognised management qualification Experience
Appropriate experience within specialty and able to demonstrate sound knowledge of relevant specialty Able to demonstrate sound knowledge of NMC Code (2015) Experience of working in a multi professional environment Experience of running a ward/area/department Experience of working with pre-reg nursing/midwifery students Experience of formal/informal teaching and of mentoring pre-registration nursing or midwifery students.
