We are looking for an experienced Emergency Nurse who is interested in developing their skills in the role of Junior Sister/Charge Nurse at Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest.

The role combines clinical practice (care-coordination), leadership, management, and supervision of the Emergency Department nursing team. Not only will you be a role model to the staff, but you will also be designing and preparing the team for the challenges of the future.

Main duties of the job Applicants should have recent Emergency Nursing experience and be able to demonstrate evidence of care coordination, clinical competence in triage, critical care assessment, and supervisory management.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post. English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Current NMC Registration Relevant Emergency/Post Graduate Diploma Courses Experience working as a Band 5 Registered Nurse in an emergency setting BSc/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent specialised experience gained over time
