The Role: We’re seeking an ambitious Junior Software Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are innovative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning new technologies.
Reporting to the Software Development Manager, you’ll work in a collaborative and friendly environment, using
agile development practices
and
modern technologies
to design and develop retail operations software. This software will be deployed in a
microservice environment
in our in-house data centres, ensuring scalability and efficiency across our growing operations.
This is a
full-time role
that is primarily home-based, with occasional visits to our head office in Melton, East Yorkshire. You will be provided with all necessary equipment and software to succeed in the role.
What You’ll Need: At least one year of experience with C# and .NET 6
(version 6 or later) is essential. Knowledge of
WPF, Blazor, and SQL Server
is beneficial but not mandatory. A passion for developing innovative software that delivers measurable business impact.
