We have a unique opportunity for a junior Solution Engineer to join our team. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients, or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. Training: You’ll receive dedicated training when you start with us to set you up for success in your new role, including being paired with someone from our team to support you. What you’ll be doing: Contributing to the delivery of code to an appropriate level Adhering to best practice architecture, design, development, test, and deployment principles Building close relationships with team members and, if appropriate, customers, obtaining feedback and understanding priorities Demonstrating a contribution to the continuous improvement of the wider engineering community Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner, providing updates to stakeholders as and when required Adhering to coding standards and our software delivery lifecycle to ensure the delivery of secure, quality systems Demonstrate an ability to implement technical solutions which meet the stakeholder needs and deliver tangible benefits to our business We know that some candidates may be discouraged from applying if they don't meet every requirement. What you’ll bring: Learning mindset is key - actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels Experience or interest in working with .Net, C#, React, MVC, and Azure An understanding of clean code practices, SOLID principles, and design patterns Ability to work in a team and be self-sufficient Good interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to operate effectively through uncertainty Strong problem-solving skills using your ability to think logically and analytically As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
