Junior Sous Chef
you will be expected to be capable of taking control of any section in the kitchen working to the specifications for dishes set out by the senior chefs, whilst also being able to assist with the supervising of the junior members of the team. Requirements: A background working as a Junior Sous Chef or a Senior Chef de Partie in all fresh food kitchens is an essential requirement for this position. The ability to remain calm under pressure when working in a high volume, fast paced environment is also necessary.
