role will require you to adapt to different cooking styles while assisting in maintaining the day-to-day management of the kitchen and supervising a team of 14 chefs. with at least 2-3 years of experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations, along with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience. A Junior Sous Chef who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, develop junior staff, and ensure high levels of food standards are achieved is essential.
