My client an award winning restaurant is currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the back of house team.

This restaurant has 2 Rosettes they are looking for someone with similar experience a few of the chefs there have Michelin experience so that would also be well regarded.

They are looking for a Junior Sous with clear progression plan for Sous over the next 6ish months.
