Experience in managing junior chefs. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. A proven track record of maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation. A deep passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the industry. Junior Sous Chef Responsibilities: Manage your own section when needed, ensuring all dishes are executed to the highest standards. Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in running shifts. Contribute to the training and development of the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
