**The Role**
As our Junior Sous Chef, youll work closely with our talented Head Chef and kitchen team, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head Chef with menu development and kitchen operations.
- Preparing and presenting high-quality, fresh dishes to maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Overseeing junior kitchen staff, offering guidance, and helping with training.
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Managing inventory, portion control, and assisting with stock orders.
**About You**
Were looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about fresh, seasonal food and eager to learn and grow with us. Ideally, youll have:
- Experience working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably in a gastropub or similar environment.
