Up to £28,000 I am actively seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Junior Structural Technician to join a busy, successful Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy based in Derby. The ideal candidate will have solid experience across a diverse range of structural engineering projects. This high-performing team seeks an individual who can create all necessary drawings for various structural projects, which include bespoke new builds, refurbishments, and heritage works. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality concept, preliminary, and detailed technical drawings. Communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in a Structural Technician role. A full UK driving license and personal transport are desirable but not essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience. Flexible working options. 25 days of holiday (22 flexible days & 3 days at Christmas) plus statutory Bank Holidays. Annual profit share, averaging 2.5% of salary based on company profits.
