This global company, who specialise in creative world-class experiences and spaces for hotels, restaurants, and resorts, are looking for a Junior Studio Project Manager to join their in-house studio.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Liaise with your team and the wider business/cross departments to manage incoming briefs.
Allocate resource internally.
Manage the day-to-day flow of projects across the studio, mapping out and managing designers' time and priorities.
Juggle multiple project deadlines.
Track the status and delivery of projects internally using the studio’s CRM and systems (Monday.com).
You’ll need to be quick on your feet, able to work in volume with top communication skills to suit this role. You’ll be the connective tissue across teams/departments, build rapport and trust easily, all whilst keeping your finger on the pulse of the creative work flowing through the studio.
