Junior Technical Coordinator
is required to join an award-winning residential developer based in
Hertfordshire . Our rapidly expanding client prides themselves on the high quality of service they provide their clients, earning them an enviable reputation within the industry. Our client is seeking a capable individual to be involved in the development process who is resourceful in resolving technical problems and providing creative solutions to design issues. In addition, they will have a good understanding of building techniques and materials and be able to work well with internal and external teams. Ideal candidates will have a relevant building or design qualification, good working knowledge of current building regulations, as well as having worked on a variety of different construction types. This role would suit Architectural Technicians or Technologists from architectural practices with a residential background looking to take the next step in their career and make the transition to the client side. This is a great opportunity to join an established developer who can offer great progression and a variety of quality products. A remuneration of £30-£40K plus package is on offer for the right candidate.
