The Role We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Scrum Master with at least 12 months of experience working directly with developers in a Scrum or Agile project management capacity. The ideal candidate must have experience working with a fully remote development team and be able to build trust with the team while facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving agile principles. As the Scrum Master, you will play a key role in fostering an agile mindset across teams. You will lead Scrum ceremonies, coach team members on agile principles, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes while removing obstacles that hinder progress. Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, etc.). Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and ready for sprints. Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and transparency. Track and report team performance metrics to stakeholders. Requirements: At least 12 months of experience in a Scrum or Agile project management role working directly with developers. Experience working with a fully remote development team. A strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Venchr is an equal opportunity employer.
