We are currently seeking a
Junior/Mid-Level Structural Engineer
for a position in our Rochester, NY office. This position offers the opportunity to accelerate your career goals, develop leadership skills, and engage with clients and colleagues on interesting and challenging projects. This position will work closely under the supervision of a Senior Structural Engineer. The position will include structural design for new and existing structures, including investigation of existing conditions, and the development of structural design solutions from concept through construction. Position duties include: performing structural design calculations performing site visits preparing technical reports developing construction drawings and specifications developing probable construction cost estimates construction administration support Position Requirements: Candidates should have experience in the design of structures ranging from low to mid-rise construction and a familiarity in designing structural steel, concrete, wood, and masonry. Minimum qualifications include: At least 3 years of structural engineering design experience E.I.T. certification B.S. degree in Engineering Proficient in utilizing Revit to develop structural plans, sections, and details for architecturally-led building projects Experience in designing structures using two-dimensional and three-dimensional structural analysis software Excellent writing and communication skills Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level.
