Job Summary Our

Junk Removal Specialists

Responsibilities Engage with customers to explain our value, present pricing, and facilitate purchase

Safely load, transport, and unload customer items in accordance with state and local laws

Help our drivers navigate between our warehouse and customer appointments, donation centers, recycling centers, and transfer stations.

Complete all jobs according to company standards, practices, and mission statement

Maintain and reinforce a safety-first culture

Assist with local marketing efforts

Support and promote company values

Support recruiting and training of new team members

Help us to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement ideas

Attend all mandatory training, meetings & events

Qualifications Be a people person! – this is a customer-facing role

Ability to learn and use mobile app's in the field

Attention to detail in understanding basic truck operation, maintenance, and care

Must be able to commute to/from our location in Wakefield reliably

Supply own mobile phone (company will provide tablets as needed for on-the-job duties)

Ability to lift 75 lbs safely
