Our client, a well-known Biog 4 Retail giant, is currently actively looking to hire a Kafka Engineer/Administrator. Location:

Hybrid Working - London Duration:

3 months with potential extension Rates:

Competitive - Inside IR35 (via Umbrella) Job Duties: This is very much on the admin side of Kafka, not a full Engineering role. Need to understand authentication of Kafka, the strategy set, however more about implementing & advising further. Understand best practices and define best practices for them and execute best practices. Familiar with pipeline actions. Strategic thinker. Customer-focused mindset. Understand Confluence and Apache Kafka. Kafka MirrorMaker is running, therefore familiar with this and data replication. General cloud AWS experience. Experience of turning around manual to automated processes. Anyone who has spotted an opportunity to automate a self-service would be great. Kafka Administration.
