About the Job:
We are looking for a brand led, consumer obsessed and product-driven candidate with Strategic and Account Management responsibility for 3 of our most strategic European businesses. You will develop and deliver tactical and strategic market plans for our Levi's business across the EU with passion and excellence, while achieving KPI's. Ultimately, you'll deliver a premium brand experience to surprise and delight our customers & consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute long term strategic business plans for each account to grow the Net revenues and the profitability and to ensure the Brand positioning and assortment segmentation strategies. Plans will include doors development, space and location optimization, assortment segmentation, marketing initiatives, T&C. Hold regular meetings with the accounts to monitor results, progress and update strategies and actions. Lead the conversations on T&C to grow the business top and bottom line. Collect and analyse account sell out data, stock coverage, sell in data, O&O retail data. Take decisions and make proposals to the accounts based on a strong business knowledge. Collect and leverage market information and stay always on top of the game to identify opportunities and risks and take prompt decisions. Proactively look and implement the best practices in place in other markets and within other channels. Support the forecasting process in collaboration with the planning team by giving clear strategic directions and growth opportunities derived from sell-in to sell-out methodology. Prepare lead the sell in sessions in line with the brand product strategy to achieve revenue targets and profitability target; optimise pre-bookings, order book conversion and door openings. Identify & deliver opportunities to achieve sell out and sell in increase thru space management: growth, relocation, branded space implementation and VM execution Identify & deliver opportunities to achieve sell out and sell in thru distribution or product categories with existing accounts. Drive for results by building excellent relationships with the customers, including store staff to establish and maintain customer and consumer satisfaction. Partner cross-functional partnerships to ensure that product, marketing, finance, credit management operations, VM align & deliver performance and a premium brand experience in all accounts, all of the time. Manage strategic accounts in alignment with our overall strategy, driving awareness and visibility of Levi's through the execution of launches and activations throughout the year. About you:
Multisite wholesale sales / account management experience in apparel / fashion is required Strong product background and experience in delivering product led strategies Strategic mindset with evident experience driving business growth and service delivery Excellent commercial awareness with strong analytical skills, including excel First class communication and collaboration skills High level relationship skills and a record of accomplishment of engaging senior stakeholders on business decisions Ability to navigate through complexity and make things happen under strict time frames Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle competing priorities Knowledge of market trends and the retail landscape in youth and sports fashion accounts Levi Strauss & Co.
