We are looking for a passionate Key Accounts Coordinator to join our Belfast team. This role will provide administrative support for our Key Accounts. As a Key Accounts Coordinator, your day to day will include: Administration support for the Belfast Key Account customers Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement Coordinating and managing account activities, including order processing, invoicing, and delivery schedules Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction Resolving any issues or discrepancies related to accounts in a timely manner Inputting data received onto customer’s systems to ensure customers are kept up to date Producing and updating Key Account profile reports Ensuring that client confidentiality is maintained Liaising with Service Sales Consultant to resolve queries and verify the accuracy of information provided Ensuring open communication is maintained with Key Account customers Who we are looking for
Administration experience in a similar role Very organised and structured approach to work Customer-oriented, organised and commercially astute Eager to ensure that your customers experience the very best responsiveness, support and trusted advice Able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Demonstrate the highest levels of customer support What we offer
