Dinnington Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be working with a national company that specializes in a range of fire protection services across the UK. Their reputation in the industry has ensured that they have a number of existing key accounts that are looked after by the current Key Accounts Team. This role will be managing a team of 10 and may require flexibility for travel across other areas of the country when required. The role of a Key Account Manager Team Leader:

Manage performance across the team to ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are met. Ensure customer delivery is a core focus across the team and customers are satisfied. Look after your own key accounts and maximize retention. Work closely with the head of department and present reports on your team's performance. Travel to assist on acquisitions across the UK.
