Drain Repair and Reinstatement Engineer: On behalf of this local Drain Repair business who operate in the Leeds area, we are looking for a skilled Drain Repair and Reinstatement Engineer looking for their next challenge. General Details: Location: Leeds, covering jobs in and around West & North Yorkshire Salary: from £15.00 per hour, based on experience Bonus: uncapped bonus based on repeat work generated Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 45 hours per week / Monday to Friday Company van, tools, and uniform provided. The Role: This small business specialises in providing fast, reliable, and cost-effective drainage and groundworks solutions. Their reputation is built on excellent customer service and technical expertise, and they're looking for someone to help them maintain these high standards. As a Drain Repair and Reinstatement Engineer, you will: Diagnose and repair drainage issues, including blockages, structural damage, and ground movement. Install, repair, and maintain drainage systems for both residential and commercial properties. Carry out excavation and groundwork projects to the highest safety and quality standards i.e. reinstating concrete, tarmac and block paving etc. Conduct CCTV surveys and provide detailed reports for clients. Use and maintain specialist equipment effectively, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service to clients. What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven track record in drainage and groundworks, with a solid understanding of industry best practices. Knowledge: Ability to reinstate concrete, tarmac and block paving etc. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Qualifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., NRSWA, Confined Spaces, CSCS card) are desirable but not essential. Driving Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
