You ensure an all-round successful customer experience, offering comprehensive and personal service through your expertise and open personality. As our brand ambassador, you convey the value and quality of our products through your competent support. You are confident in using our cash register system and process daily closings, exchanges, or refunds precisely and responsibly. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store and ensuring all policies are adhered to. Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview and maintain a good mood. With skill and attention to detail, you ensure that our products are presented in an inviting way in accordance with the specified guidelines. Together with your colleagues, you will carry out general storage tasks and replenish the goods on the shop floor. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Initial professional experience in high-quality (shoe) retail. You love being in contact with people, are eager to learn, and enjoy being a competent contact person for our customers. You inspire not only your colleagues but also our customers with your positive personality. Very good English skills; other languages are an advantage.
