Store. As floor supervisor in management's absence, you will be responsible for mediating and supporting your team. Responsibilities: This is a full-time position (37.5 hours over 5 days). Experience in the Retail and luxury industry is highly desirable, ideally within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors. Previous experience in leadership roles is an asset. WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE Greet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm and professionalism reflecting DECIEM’s vision through excellent service. Lead by example, inspire the team, and ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met. Deliver unparalleled customer service and educate customers about DECIEM brands and products. Assist in the onboarding, training, and development of new employees. Manage customer feedback and queries. Maintain store standards of cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with DECIEM’s merchandising concepts. Conduct product refunds and address customer issues positively. Responsible for opening/closing of the store, bank deposits, and paperwork. Operate POS and complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Store Management. Act as floor supervisor in management's absence to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE Comfortable with providing constructive feedback and coaching team members. Experience in beauty, fashion, and leadership roles is an asset. Ability to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service. Desire to thrive in results and work in a team environment. Effective time management and communication skills.
