The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in nursing home management and a strong background in quality and compliance alongside working with clinical services. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and service. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Lead and manage a team of nursing and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care. Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation efficiently. Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
