Job Description

Keystone Care are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates into positions that match their skillset, developing relationships with existing clients, and building new business opportunities. Responsibilities & Duties: Source suitable candidates through a variety of methods Develop new business and engage with new potential clients in the market Grow and nurture strong relationships with both potential and existing customers to identify their recruitment needs Screen CVs and shortlist suitable applicants for client interviews Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage Provide ongoing support to ensure successful placement of candidates Proactively develop new business opportunities in order to increase revenue Monitor industry trends related to recruitment processes Ensure compliance with relevant legislation such as GDPR regulations Skills & Qualifications Required: Previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong understanding of the recruitment process Ability to build relationships quickly with stakeholders at all levels Good organisational skills combined with attention-to-detail Please get in touch now to find out more about this exciting opportunity.
