Demonstrated leadership ability, with a focus on empowering and developing teams. Strong track record of delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet business standards. Your responsibilities are:
Manage the restaurant's overall performance, including team coaching and engagement. Drive the achievement of KPIs and maintain high standards of operational excellence. Oversee the recruitment process to attract talent aligned with the company's core values. Run the shop floor to delight customers and create a memorable dining experience. Perform weekly administrative tasks to ensure efficient restaurant operations. Location:
